Mosidi Seretlo spent this week in Ghana working on consumer research.

Mosidi Seretlo Founder and Director explains that is it critical to always test concepts with consumers when working on brand strategies
 
In this case the client is a regional head of Marketing and wanted to ensure that the brand strategy we had developed would also be relevant across the region.
 
Many brand strategies are often done without doing any consumer research and can sometimes lead to disastrous outcomes.
 
We learnt a lot about the consumer and we will be doing more work in the African region.

I started my business at the age of 47. I am a strategic marketer , an executive business coach, workshop facilitator and a motivational speaker.

I left the corporate world after 24 years of working for various blue-chip companies. My love for marketing started a long time ago and always finds me wherever I go. I love helping marketing teams solve strategic marketing issues. I also love training marketers and love helping  teams in strategic planning.

In my role as a strategy consultant I have seen the need to coach leaders and help them in their leadership journey. I have embarked on a coaching journey that focuses on coaching executives in the corporate world who are looking for someone practical, someone who has walked their path and understands their challenges and what it takes to succeed.
